Yellow is such a fun color to work with! Honestly I hate it for the most part, but it's cute when it's for babies. These were so easy to make I could hardly stand it. And they go great with most of the little dresses I've found, too. Who doesn't love a little mary jane on a girl?
Same Style, different colors. It was a mix of pink, white, and purple. Jesse's mom supplied me with the pearly white buttons, which were the perfect compliment to these little mary jane's. They look so dainty in person!
These dainty little ballet slippers were probably the easiest pattern out of all of them. I had the pair knit up within an hour. Now the pattern called for ribbon to tie them with, but instead I knit some laces in two long rows. I like the effect, but I suppose ribbons as a substitue would be pretty cute, too.
These tube socks I did in reverse colors. The pattern called for white with green stripes, but my love of color took over. As well as the fact that I have a ton of green, and not a lot of white. I really like these for boys. The rest of my patterns, excluding a few, are really more geared towards girls. So kind of a nice change of pace to do something a little more "masculine."
